Former Walt Disney chief executive Michael Eisner completed his takeover of Portsmouth FC on Thursday, confirming the club will continue to play at the 100-year-old Fratton Park.

Eisner’s Tornante Company offered £5.67m to buy the club and will invest an extra £10m.
Eisner said a man who oversaw the design of Disney parks in Paris and Hong Kong will visit the stadium to see what improvements can be made.
He said the character of the stadium is something that should be protected and said he had no desire to build a new modern facility.
Eisner said: “Hopefully the team will run, the club will run in an efficient way and that we can use what we’ve committed to and maybe even more down the line to obviously safety of the Fratton Park, we’re going to stay at Fratton Park. Of course we want to expand capacity there over time. We want to improve the academy but we also want to run it intelligently so over a long period of time, it will be clear that this is one of the major clubs in the UK. Now that’s going to take a while.
“I have a couple of people that used to work with me at Disney coming over to walk the grounds on Sunday to see what the long-term vision of the whole area could be. I don’t see us building a modern stadium – we don’t have to copy everybody else. we didn’t do it in Anaheim when we did the baseball team, we did do it for the hockey team but Fratton Park has a feeling that you could really screw up by arrogantly thinking you could improve it.
“We can improve it by filling in the corners maybe, by maybe making a new stand, by certainly making it totally safe, modern inside – wifi video and all that stuff but you wouldn’t rebuild Queen Victoria’s house, Osborne House – I’ve just been there Isle of Wight – just to do it. It’s pretty good. So this is very good, as I know, over 100 years old and everybody wants these very fancy stadiums and maybe my grandchildren will think that’s a good idea, right now I like it.”

How To Get An MBA From Eminem

In 2002 I was driving to a hedge fund manager’s house to hopefully raise money from him. I was two hours late. This was pre-GPS and I had no cell phone. I was totally lost. If you’ve never driven around Connecticut you need to know one thing: all the roads are parallel and they all have the same name. And all the towns have the same name.
I know that doesn’t make sense. But drive in that state and you will see what I mean. Also, their computers don’t work. For the life of me, I can’t figure out how to get rid of my outstanding driving violations in Connecticut.
I was two hours late and I kept playing over and over again “Lose Yourself” by Eminem. Maybe this was subconsciously making me “lose myself”, I don’t know.
But I kept thinking I had “one shot” and I was going to blow it by not showing up.
Finally I got there. The hedge fund manager was dressed all in pink. His house was enormous. Maybe 20,000 square feet. His cook served us a great meal. I had made him wait two hours to eat. And he had cancer at the time. I felt real bad.
Then we played chess and it was fun and he gave me a tour of the house. One room was just for toys made in 1848. He had a squash court inside the house. Another room had weird artifacts like the handwritten notes when Lennon & McCartney were first writing down the lyrics for “Hey Jude”. Another was the official signed statement by Ted Kennedy in the police station after he reported the Chappequidick accident that ultimately caused him to never be President.
Eventually I did raise money and it started a new life for me.
But that’s not why I bring up Eminem at all.
The song “Lose Yourself” is from the movie “8 Mile”. Although I recommend it, you don’t have to see it to understand what I am about to write. I’ll give you everything you need to know.
Eminem is a genius at sales and competition and he shows it in one scene in the movie. A scene I will break down for you line by line so you will know everything there is to know about sales, cognitive bias, and defeating your competition.
First, here’s all you need to know about the movie.
Eminem is a poor, no-collar, white-trash guy living in a trailer park. He’s beaten on, works crappy jobs, gets betrayed, etc. But he lives to rap and break out somehow.
In the first scene he is having a “battle” against another rapper and he chokes. He gives up without saying a word. He’s known throughout the movie as someone who chokes under pressure and he seems doomed for failure.

The scene I will show you and then break down is the final battle in the movie. He’s the only white guy and the entire audience is black. He’s up against the reigning champion that the audience loves.
He wins the battle and I will show you how. With his techniques you can go up against any competition.
After he wins it, he can go on to do anything he wants. To win any battles. To even run the battles each week. But he walks off because he’s going to do his own thing. He chooses himself. The movie is autobiographical. 300 million records later he is the most successful rapper in history.
First off, watch the scene (with lyrics) before and after my explanation.

Ok, let’s break it down. How did Eminem win so easily?
Setting aside his talent for a moment (assume both sides are equally talented), Eminem used a series of cognitive biases to win the battle.
The current human brain was developed over the past 400,000 years ago. In fact, arguably, when the brain was used more to survive in nomadic situations, humans had higher IQs then they had today. But one very important thing is that the brain developed many biases as sort of short-cuts to survival.
For instance, a very common one is that we have a bias towards noticing negative news over positive news. The reason is simple: if you were in the jungle and you saw a lion to your right and an apple tree to your left, you would best ignore the apple tree and run as fast as possible away from the lion. This is called “negativity bias” and it’s the entire reasons newspapers still survive by very explicitly exploiting this bias in humans. .
We no longer need those short-cuts as much. There aren’t that many lions in the street. But the brain took 400,000 years to evolve and it’s only in the past 50 years maybe that we are relatively safe from most of the dangers that threatened earlier humans. Our technology and ideas have evolved but our brains can’t evolve fast enough to keep up with them.
Consequently, these biases are used in almost every sales campaign, business, marketing campaign, movie, news, relationship, everything. Almost all of your interactions are dominated by biases and understanding them is helpful when calling BS on your thoughts.
Your brain is loving and wants to protect you. But it’s not smart enough because life has evolved faster than the brain. So you have to learn how to reach past the signals from the brain and develop intuition and mastery over these biases.
1) INGROUP BIAS
Notice Eminem’s first line: “Now everybody from the 313, put your mother-f&cking hands up and follow me”.
The 313 is the area code for Detroit. ANd not just Detroit. It’s for blue-collar black Detroit where the entire audience, and Eminem, is from. So he wipes away the outgroup bias that might be associated with his race and he changes the conversation to “who is in 313 and who is NOT in 313″.
2) HERD BEHAVIOR.
He said, “put your hands up and follow me”. Everyone starts putting their hands up without thinking. So their brain tells them that they are doing this for rational reasons. For instance, they are now following Eminem.
3) AVAILABILITY CASCADE.
The brain has a tendency to believe things even more if they are repeated, regardless of whether or not they are true. This is called Availability Cascade. There is a cascade of information that is available to you, it’s all the same, so you feel the need to believe it. It must be true.
Notice Eminem repeats his first line. After he does that he no longer needs to say “follow me”. He says, “Look, look.” They are already following him and under his command. So he says “Look” because he is about to point out the enemy. He is setting up the next cognitive bias.
4) DISTINCTION BIAS OR OUTGROUP BIAS.
Brains have a tendency to view two things as very different if they are evaluated at the same time as opposed to if they were evaluated separately. Eminem wants his opponent “Papa Doc” to be evaluated right then as someone different from the group, even though the reality is they are all in the same group of friends with similar interests, etc.
Eminem says: “Now while he stands tough, notice that this man did not have his hands up”.
In other words, even though Papa Doc is black, like everyone in the audience, he is no longer “in the group” that Eminem has defined and commanded: the 313 group. He has completely changed the conversation from race to area code.
5) AMBIGUITY BIAS.
He doesn’t refer to Papa Doc by name. He says “this man”. In other words, there’s “the 313 group” which we are all a part of in the audience and now there is this ambiguous man who is attempting to invade us. Watch Presidential campaign debates. A candidate will rarely refer to another candidate by name. Instead, he might say, “All of my opponents might think X, but we here know that Y is better”.
When the brain starts to view a person with ambiguity it gets confused and can’t make choices involving that ambiguity. So the person without ambiguity wins.
6) CREDENTIAL BIAS.
Because the brain wants to take short cuts, it will look for information more from people with credentials or lineage than from people who come out of nowhere. So, for instance, if one person was from Harvard and told you it was going to rain today and another random person told you it was going to be sunny today you might be more inclined to believe the person from Harvard.
Eminem does this subtly two lines later. He says, “one, two, three, and to the four”. This is a direct line from Snoop Doggy Dogg’s first song with Dr. Dre, “Ain’t Nothin But a G Thing”. It is the first line in the song and perhaps one of the most well-known rap lines ever. Outside of the context of the movie, Eminem was actually discovered by Dr. Dre. There’s actually an interesting lineage of: NWA, Dr. Dre, Eminem, and 50 Cent. The most popular rappers ever.
But in this battle, Eminem directly associates himself with well-known successful rappers Dr. Dre and Snoop when he uses that line.
He then use Availability Cascade again by saying, “one Pac, two Pac, three Pac, four.” First, he’s using that one, two, three, and to the four again but this time with Pac, which refers to the rapper Tupac. So now he’s associated himself in this little battle in Detroit with three of the greatest rappers ever.
7) INGROUP / OUTGROUP.
Eminem points to random people in the audience and says “You’re Pac, He’s Pac,” including them with him in associating their lineages with these great rappers. But then he points to his opponent, Papa Doc, makes a gesture like his head is being sliced off and says, “You’re Pac, NONE”. Meaning that Papa Doc has no lineage, no credibility, unlike Eminem and the audience.
8) BASIC DIRECT MARKETING: LIST THE OBJECTIONS UP FRONT.
Any direct marketer or salesperson knows the next technique Eminem uses. When you are selling a product, or yourself, the person or group you are selling to is going to have easy objections. They know those objections and you know those objections. If you don’t bring them up and they don’t bring them up then they will not buy your product. If they bring it up before you, then it looks like you were hiding something and you just wasted a little of their time by forcing them to bring it up.
So a great sales technique is to address all of the objections in advance.
Eminem’s next set of lines does this brilliantly.
He says, “I know everything he’s got to say against me”.
And then he just lists them one by one:
  • “I am white”
  • “I am a fuckin bum”
  • “I do live in a trailer with my mom”
  • “My boy, Future, is an Uncle Tom”
  • “I do have a dumb friend named Cheddar Bob who shot himself with his own gun”.
  • “I did get jumped by all six of you chumps”
And so on. He lists several more. But at the end of the list, there’s no more criticism you can make of him. He’s addressed everything and dismissed them. In a rap battle, (or a sales pitch), if you address everything youjr opponent can say, he’s left with nothing to say. When he has nothing to say, the audience, or the sales prospect, will buy from you.
Look at direct marketing letters you get in email. They all spend pages and pages addressing your concerns. This is one of the most important techniques in direct marketing.
9) HUMOR BIAS.
Eminem saves his best for last. “But I know Something About You” he says while staring at Papa Doc. He sings is playfully, making it stand out and almost humorous. There is something called Humor Bias. People remember things that are stated humorously more than they remember serious things.
10) EXTREME OUTGROUP
“You went to Cranbook.” And then Eminem turns to his “313 group” for emphasis as he explains what Cranbook is. “That’s a private school.” BAM! There’s no way now the audience can be on Papa Doc’s side but Eminem makes the outgroup even larger. “His real name’s Clarence. And his parents have a real good marriage.”
BAM and BAM! Two more things that separate Papa Doc out from the crowd. He’s a nerdy guy, who goes to a rich school, and his parents are together. Unlike probably everyone in the audience including Eminem. No wonder Papa Doc doesn’t live in the 313, which was originally stated somewhat humorously but is now proven without a doubt.
11) CREDENTIAL BIAS (again)
Eminmen says, “There ain’t no such thing as”… and the audience chants with him because they know exactly what he is quoting from “Halfway Crooks!” a line from a song by Mobb Deep, another huge East Coast rap group (so now Eminem has established lineage between himself and both the West Coast and the East Coast). And by using the audience to say “Halfway Crooks” we’re all in the same group again while “Clarence” goes back to his home with his parents at the end of the show.
12) SCARCITY.
The music stops, which means Eminem has to stop and let Papa Doc have his turn. But he doesn’t. He basically says “F*ck everybody”, “F*ck y’all if you doubt me”. “I don’t wanna win. I’m outtie”.
He makes himself scarce. After establishing total credibility with the audience he basically says he doesn’t want what they have to offer. He reduces the supply of himself by saying he’s out of there. Maybe he will never come back. Reduce the supply of yourself while demand is going up and what happens? Basic economics. Value goes up.
He’s so thoroughly dominated the battle that now, in reversal to the beginning of the movie, Papa Doc chokes. He doesn’t quite choke, though. There’s nothing left to say. Eminem has said it all for him. There’s no way Papa Doc can raise any “objections” because Eminem has already addressed them all. All he can do is defend himself, which will give him the appearance of being weak. And he’s so thoroughly not in the “313 Group” that there is no way to get back in there.
There’s simply nothing left to say. So Eminem wins the battle.
And what does Eminem do with his victory? He can do anything.
But he walks away from the entire subculture. He walks off at the end of the movie with no connection to what he fought for.
He’s going to Choose Himself to be successful and not rely on the small-time thinking in battles in Detroit.
He’s sold 220 million records worldwide. He discovered and produced 50 Cent who has sold hundreds of millions more (and is another example of “Choose Yourself” as Robert Greene so aptly describes in his book “The 50th Law”).

Suffering from business anxiety?

Suffering From Business Anxiety? Here Are 6 Solutions You Should Live By Every Day

Have you ever had a day in a business where one minute you’re elevated, on top of the world and next minute you’re back on the ground?
Yeah, me too!
Owning a business brings so many ups and downs. All in one day. Sometimes within a few minutes.
As an entrepreneur, you’re at war with evil uncertainty every day. Will we bring in enough money to pay the staff this month? Will that investment pay off? Will we lose clients?

And then, business anxiety kicks in.

Anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease about something with an uncertain outcome. Worrying about something that actually hasn’t happened yet.”
Guess what?
Is it not the end of the month. Your clients are still yours. If the investment doesn’t work out, so what, you’ll know better next time.
If you worry about the end of the month, you can’t possibly do your best work for your customers. Focus on doing great work now for your client and you will never lose them.
If you did your homework, your investment should pay off. If it doesn’t, then it’s called failure. Something you will do over and over again unless you build in systems and rules into your business life (more on this later).
If you can’t cope with failure, work on an Asda (Walmart in the U.S.) checkout. You will get that right 999 times out of a thousand.
Sorry for being a little hasty, but it’s the entrepreneur life we are committed to, and I’m here to help and give you some tips on how I lead my business and personal life to avoid business anxiety.

1. Learn to say NO

Are you a people pleaser? I am!
It’s a great way to be, but it comes with its downfalls.
You take on a customer that doesn’t work out to be a perfect match for either you and for them. It happens. You work hard on the relationship and you do your best work but the relationship still doesn’t work out.
Or you take on more work from a customer you love, even though you know you don’t really have the time to do it right now. You squeeze it in and it isn’t your best work.
Learn to say NO or get help. Your customer will respect you more. You will keep everyone happy, including yourself and you continue doing great work.

2. Do your best work, don’t aim for perfection

Is perfectionism holding you back?
There’s always room for improvements, especially in business. You could spend ten gruelling hours on writing the best piece of content for your blog. You publish it, promote it and then when you analyse everything, you will find ways you could have done better or ways to improve.
Do your best work at that time and if you find ways to improve, great! Use these to improve next time. Don’t let perfectionism get in the way from actually doing things.
Be brave and put out your best work. If it’s not great this time, next time it will be better. It’s the only way to grow.
This blog article isn’t perfect but I know I will help at least one person and that stops me from worrying ‘what if’. I also know that it’s my best work at this very moment and writing it is actually driving these points even deeper into my mind. That must count for something, right?

3. Create rules

You should do this! You should do that! Both statements contradict each other and you don’t know what choice to make. Have you ever felt that?
I have many times.
Rules can be practical. They take away procrastination. Once you have written down your rules of life and business, you don’t need to spend time thinking what should I do here.
A simple example could be: I’m not going to use Facebook for my business because I want to concentrate all my time using LinkedIn to generate enquiries. I prefer the platform and all my peers are on there. My customers are on there, too.
Once you have this rule imprinted in your head, no more worry from people telling you, you’re losing money by not using Facebook, it has the whole world on there, it’s ad platform is great and you’re missing potential clicks.
All this may be true, but none of this matters to you because your rule is your rule. It’s your decision. You have a plan and you stick to it.

4. Exercise

I recently started swimming. No headphones. No phone. No notepad. Exercising without distractions and in silence (except for chatty women, but I just swim away).
This alone time with the noise of my own thoughts has helped me in so many ways. I’m making better plans for my business and personal life. If I have an idea whilst swimming my brain has time to think it through instead of going straight online to get confirmation from an article which is written by someone else.
These moments swimming have not only expanded my thought process but they have motivated me during the day. I normally go swimming just before lunch, after busting out some tasks in the morning. Then, I get back to work and implement those new ideas.
Oh, and it’s good for your health apparently.

5. Mindfulness

My wife taught me about mindfulness. It’s something business owners don’t know how to be sometimes.
In business, we have goals. Reach 1,000 fans on Facebook. Make 100k this year. And so on. We’re always thinking about that end goal and sometimes we’re not content with what’s happening right now, in this present moment.
I ask myself this question in the morning — What do I need to do today to make sure that it takes me one step closer to my goals?
That may be in health, relationships, business, wealth, spiritual and personal growth. I have goals in all of these areas. They work like legs of a table. If one is broken, it affects the rest.
At the end of the day I ask myself this — Did I take myself one step closer to my goals today?
If the answer is ‘YES’ then I know today was a success and I can celebrate that by feeling good about the day. If the answer is ‘NO’ you know what to do tomorrow.

6. So what?

It’s ok to lose a customer. There, I’ve said it. It’s not the end of the world.
Remember how you felt when you lost a client or customer. You have a somber feeling come over you for a while and then you get angry and say, how could they leave me? Then soon after, you pick yourself up and get back to work. I bet you’ve had clients, and lost them, but now you haven’t thought about them for a long time, right?
That is all wasted energy.
You worry about the possibility of losing a client and when you do lose them, you forget about them after a while anyway. Time to stop worrying about what could happen. Work with your clients you have NOW and do your best work for them, NOW.
If they leave, they leave. The only thing you have to do is work with integrity. Today, and every day.
Do you or have you suffered from business anxiety? I have.
It would be great to hear your thoughts and if you have any tips you would like to share, please do so in the comments below.
Hey there! Quick favor: if you click that heart button below, it means more people will see this article. Would mean the world to me. Thanks!

5 Big Changes Coming to Social Media in 2016

It’s been a memorable year in social media. 2015 saw the birth of live social streaming, with apps like Periscope and Meerkat winning over early adopters. Snapchat fully shed its reputation as a niche network and now counts more than 200 million active users. Meanwhile, video dominated social headlines, with Facebook users now logging an estimated 8 billion video views a day (even more than on YouTube, by some counts).
What does 2016 hold for social media users? Expect to see new technologies fundamentally change how we interact with social media, opening up new options like shopping and enabling us to share ever-more vivid, real-time experiences. But new functionality and the widening universe of social options also threaten to leave some users in the dust. Here’s a peek into the crystal ball at five trends that will change how we use social media in 2016:
Virtual reality comes to social media: “Imagine sharing not just moments with your friends online, but entire experiences and adventures.” That’s what Mark Zuckerberg wrote after Facebook acquired Oculus, the virtual reality company, for $2 billion back in March 2014. Well, we won’t have to imagine much longer. Facebook has already begun incorporating Oculus technology into its 360 Video. The unique videos, which have rolled out on News Feeds, allow users to experience scenes from different angles (looking right, left, up, down, etc.), on both web and mobile devices, creating a more immersive experience.
Right now, there’s 360 Video available from the likes of Vice and The Disney Channel and a really cool clip from Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Expect to see more immersive videos in 2016 as publishers and even brands catch up with the technology and begin creating more content. As for true, fully immersive VR, the consumer version of the Oculus Rift headset is slated for release in early 2016, opening up even more interesting possibilities for our News Feeds. Meanwhile, Oculus VR has already released a new “social” app called Oculus Social Alpha, for use with the Samsung Gear VR headset. The virtual movie-watching app allows you to “sit” in a theater and watch a video in real-time with other users — perhaps the first truly social application of Facebook’s new technology.
Social shopping takes off: Over the last year, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest all unveiled or upgraded in-line buy buttons, which allow users to purchase clothes, crafts, gadgets and more without ever leaving their feeds. In many respects, this development is long overdue. We’re already discovering and talking about products on social media, and four out of five people say that posts from friends directly influence buying decisions. Plus, overseas in China, Korea and elsewhere, social channels have long incorporated ecommerce functionality.
So far, the primary stumbling block in North America has been ease of use. To buy on social media, we’ve had to click out to other sites (always problematic on smartphones) or we’ve been offered limited selection (a la the now defunct Facebook Gifts). But innovations like Pinterest’s Buyable Pins now let users browse color and style options and pay, all without leaving the platform. In 2016, expect to see networks’ role shift from being channels whose primary function in ecommerce is providing referral traffic to being platforms where users make purchases directly.
Facebook Live takes live streaming mainstream: 2015 started off with lots of excitement about the new crop of live streaming apps, which allow users to broadcast live video to their followings. By late summer, Twitter-owned Periscope already boasted 10 million active users, and just this month it was named by Apple the best iOS app of 2015.
Expect to see live streaming reach a whole new, mainstream audience in the year ahead as Facebook rolls out its own mobile streaming functionality, generally referred to as Facebook Live. Already being beta-tested among a small number of U.S. iOS users, the feature allows for instantly sharing live video using the Facebook platform. What’s key here is that you don’t have to download a special app or leave Facebook to use the new video functionality. If Facebook Live rolls out as expected, it’s likely to not only dominate other live streaming options but also to fundamentally change the way Facebook’s 1.5 billion users engage with the platform.
The social media skills gap at work widens: With the explosion of workplace social networks like Slack (which recently saw more than 1 million users logged in at the same time) and the imminent launch of Facebook at Work, using social media in the office has gone from taboo to requirement. Businesses are incorporating social tools to streamline internal communications, to help sales staff reach customers, and, of course, for marketing and advertising. The problem is that front-line employees aren’t up to the challenge. Among 2,100 companies surveyed by Harvard Business Review, just 12 percent of those using social media feel they use it effectively. Even millennials brought up on social media are falling short: “Because somebody grows up being a social media native, it doesn’t make them an expert in using social media at work,” explains William Ward, professor of social media at Syracuse University.
The consequence of this social media skills gap can be seen in mounting corporate social media gaffes, from misused hashtags (see #WhyIStayed) to scheduled posts gone awry, not to mention trillions of dollars (yes, trillions) in lost productivity and business value. In 2016, expect to see social media training finally begin to make its way into the workplace in an effort to close this gap — similar to initiatives launched when office software suites and later email and the Internet itself emerged as critical business tools. A number of online offerings now provide self-paced lessons and video modules designed for the workplace. (Hootsuite is giving our course away free.)
Social media customer service gets a lot better: Customer service on social media has always seemed like a great idea. Why wait on the phone when you can Tweet and get an answer immediately? But the reality has been quite different. A new study of 500 top retailers shows that only 20 percent answer questions sent via Twitter and 54 percent respond via Facebook. And the average response time ranges from 27–31 hours! Not to mention that not all customer service problems lend themselves to being handled out in the open in a public forum.
Fortunately, change is on the horizon. In the latter part of 2015, both Twitter and Facebook significantly upped their customer service functionality. Twitter ditched the “mutual follow” requirement for its DM (Direct Messages) feature, meaning companies and customers can now contact each other directly and privately. At the same time, it lifted the standard 140-character limit for Direct Messages, so DM now makes a great one-on-one channel for tackling customer issues. Facebook, not to be outdone, has launched a beta version of Messenger Business, offering a new chat-based avenue for companies to have real-time, personal conversations with customers. Considering that Messenger has more than 800 million users, it’s not hard to see it evolving into a ubiquitous, mobile-friendly channel for customer service in the years ahead.
Perhaps the biggest change in social media is the accelerated evolution of networks into “everything platforms.” Twitter isn’t just for blasting out 140-character updates anymore: It’s for one-on-one messaging, video-sharing, customer service and more. Facebook isn’t just about connecting with friends: It’s now (or soon to be) a workplace productivity tool, a video sharing and streaming platform, a place to shop, etc. Similar transformations can be seen across LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest and Snapchat, among other networks. Social media has become less a discrete thing that people do than a natural component of everything they do. And that trend shows no signs of slowing.

Mark Wahlberg

Mark’s mega mansion in Beverly Park, CA has finally been completed. The house has a library, wine-cellar, and a luxurious movie room plus two jacuzzis, a putting green and a basketball court. Needless to say, this house has everything a man could possibly need.

She recently bought this home in Water Mill, NY with a view of the bay. She lives in this three story home alone after her recent divorce from Marc Anthony.

Rihanna

Her new 7 million dollar bachelorette pad in Hollywood Hills has a nickname “The Fortress” because of its medieval feel. It has 8 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, and her next door neighbor? Lady Gaga.

The entrance to the home is over 60 feet tall and has state of the art security systems installed because of the singer’s recent run-ins with a stalker. She waited for over a year to move in because she wanted to be sure it was safe before she did.

Nicki Minaj

Nicki bought her mansion for $11.8 million only a few days before her first child was born. She also has a new neighbor, Matthew McConaughey.

The home is 6,800 sq. feet with 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, and it has a large pool and five garages for all of her vehicles and motorbikes.

Miley Cyrus

She boasts that her 5,000 sq. foot home in Studio City, CA is the ultimate party house. Especially in her backyard where she has a pool, cabana, and fully stocked bar.

The $4 million dollar home has five bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, plus a top of the line security system and a gym.

Khloe and Lamar

The two are still married despite her filing for divorce back in January, and they still own this 8,000 square foot home in Tarzana, CA.

The beautiful, Spanish-style home has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, and they bought it for 4 million dollars from former owner Justin Bieber.
